OUR MISSION
Create the future we want; for ourselves, our families, our communities, and our partners. Identify, acquire, position and grow talent and assets so that all may have the opportunity to live a Life Well Played®.
OUR CULTURE
We work very hard, we play even harder, and we diligently find ways to give back. We do all we can, when we can. How we carry ourselves in and out of work is a reflection of how we do business. Working with us means setting, achieving, and then resetting your learning and financial goals. It means being curious about everything and being humble enough to allow ourselves to learn from life’s challenges. Our people make our company thrive and, in return, we help our people do the same. We treat our future as a choice, as opposed to fate, and our hard work forces the universe to conspire with us. We fulfill our mission when our values meet our culture and they are reflected in our people’s lives.
LIFE WELL PLAYED®
We use our business consulting acumen and our profits to change the lives of the people in our ecosystem. That is our Life Well Played®.
ABOUT US

WHAT WE DO
The Flyfisher Group is an independent sponsor seeking acquisition and investment opportunities in the alternative asset class. We partner with the Burkett Family Office and a select group of additional family offices to capitalize deals. TFG oversees the management of those assets from sourcing through divestiture.

INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
Real Estate has been at the core of our business from the very beginning. Our great success comes from our ability to identify and redevelop distressed and underperforming assets. Placemaking is how we create and unlock value. Thoughtful and deliberate investment over extended periods of time builds community support and fuels our dreams.
Our experience operating and scaling small and emerging businesses begins with actionable improvement. We measure success as the increase in net profit and efficiency. Implementation of standardized business tools (Flyfisher Best Practices – FBP’s) and their consistent application is our secret sauce. The result is increased revenue, sustained long-term performance and an improved lifestyle for the communities served.
Not every business will grow to be an industry giant, and that is often by choice. Similarly, not every property is meant to max out its buildable footprint. The average business in the United States generates $1.1 million in sales yearly, according to the Census Bureau. The average commercial rental building generates about $200 thousand per year and the average residential unit generates approximately $5 thousand per year.
The Flyfisher Group sees the tremendous value in these smaller assets and aims to provide them with the tools to reach their goals. Regardless of size, becoming more efficient and profitable is always the goal. The Flyfisher Group has the professional services, capital and resources to take the alternative asset class to the next level. We have developed a platform that makes the small alternative asset classes universally investable.
